Potomac School defeats Flint Hill to win 2026 MAC Lacrosse Tournament championship

The Potomac School captured the 2026 Mid-Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAC) Tournament Championship on Friday with a 17-1 win over third-seeded Flint Hill. The victory capped an undefeated MAC campaign for the Panthers, who earned their 20th MAC lacrosse banner and their first conference title since 2022.

Potomac opened its tournament run with a commanding performance in the MAC semifinals, executing a 16-0 shutout against Georgetown Day School. Flint Hill upset the #2 seed and two-time defending champion Saint James 10-8 in the semi-finals to earn their spot in the championship game.

With the conference postseason wrapped up, the Panthers improved their overall record to 14-5 and will face Norfolk Academy in the first round of the VISAA Division I State Tournament on Saturday.
