Flint Hill wins second straight MAC Swimming & Diving Championships

At the Mid-Atlantic Athletic Conference meet on Saturday at Catholic University, Flint Hill secured its second consecutive championship, scoring 162.5 points to finish ahead of Potomac (127) and Sidwell Friends (68). Junior Lucas Bermudez powered the Huskies to victory with commanding performances in the 100 freestyle (49.50) and 100 backstroke (56.32). Potomac freshman Henry Rossman set a MAC championship meet record in the 500 freestyle (4:43.22) and also claimed first place in the 200 individual medley (1:59.23).
